This service is for program staff or managers and Executive Directors at nonprofits and foundations who are juggling tracking and reporting responsibilities alongside everything else on their plate. You should be able to access and use your information without having to become a data expert - that's exactly why we designed this service. Office Hours is drop in expert support. No long term commitment. No homework. No retainer. You set the agenda. We work through it together in real time and send you off with a next step that you feel ready to try. Think of it as a senior colleague on speed dial. Come with: a funder reporting requirement you are trying to make sense of, a survey or interview guide that is not landing the way you hoped, a logic model or evaluation framework you inherited and don't know what to do with, a data collection or analysis dilemma, and any other half-baked ideas or sticky data questions you're wrestling with. Choose the bundle that makes sense for you, and together we'll work through your priorities so you can catch your breath and leave with the confidence and clarity to act.
Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to these terms. 1. Services We provide data strategy coaching—advisory services for professional growth, not therapy or licensed professional advice. 2. Payment Initial consultation: Free, no payment info required, no obligation. Follow-up sessions: Payment required in advance. Rates shown at booking (CAD, includes GST). Payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or e-transfer. Rate changes don't affect purchased sessions. 3. Refunds • Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund • Cancellation under 24 hours: No refund • No-show: Full charge • Expiration: No refund • Emergencies: Case-by-case • Termination: Unused sessions refunded pro-rata. If terminating less than 24 hours before next scheduled session, that session is forfeited. 4. Packages Bundles expire 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions will not roll-over and are not refunded after expiration. However, if you terminate before expiration, unused sessions are refunded pro-rata. 5. Sessions Sessions are online and for the stated time listed on the website unless otherwise agreed 6. Your Responsibilities You're responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes from implementing discussed strategies. Conduct due diligence. Communicate honestly. Participate actively. 7. Privacy We maintain confidentiality except when required by law, with consent, or imminent harm risk. Data used only for service delivery, shared only for payment processing. 8. Disclaimers Coaching isn't substitute for licensed services. We're not liable for your decisions, actions, or outcomes. Liability limited to fees paid. No guaranteed results. 9. IP Rights You retain rights to your materials. Our frameworks remain our property. Sharing, redistribution, or reselling is prohibited. 10. Technical You need reliable internet, camera/microphone, updated browser. Recurring client-side disruptions may be subject to a fee or require technical upgrades before scheduling subsequent sessions. 11. Recording Prior written consent required from both parties, including AI tools. 12. Termination Either party may terminate. Unused sessions refunded pro-rata. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or policy breach. 13. Legal You indemnify us from claims from your implementation. BC/Canadian law governs. Contact us first for resolution. 14. Updates Terms may change. It is your responsibility to stay updated on terms or ask questions. By booking, you've read and agree to these Terms.
