Are you working through a methodological dilemma, a sticky ethics question, or a finding that is not sitting right, and wishing you had a trusted colleague to talk it through with? We've been there. And, that's why we built a service just for researchers, evaluators, and data staff who want a peer to soundboard with (not a supervisor to take over). Whether you are a consultant flying solo or an internal staff member at an organization, we can help you navigate complex methodological decision-making with technical or conceptual guidance, gentle feedback, and plenty of encouragement. Come with: a project plan or framework you are designing, data collection tools at any stage of development/delivery, analysis protocols, sticky questions or conundrums, or anything else that is giving you grief. Tell us what you need to succeed, and together, we can explore design choices, beta test your tools with feedback, and pressure test your ideas before they go out into the world. Cancellation Policy
By booking, you agree to these terms. 1. Services We provide data strategy coaching—advisory services for professional growth, not therapy or licensed professional advice. 2. Payment Initial consultation: Free, no payment info required, no obligation. Follow-up sessions: Payment required in advance. Rates shown at booking (CAD, includes GST). Payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or e-transfer. Rate changes don't affect purchased sessions. 3. Refunds • Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund • Cancellation under 24 hours: No refund • No-show: Full charge • Expiration: No refund • Emergencies: Case-by-case • Termination: Unused sessions refunded pro-rata. If terminating less than 24 hours before next scheduled session, that session is forfeited. 4. Packages Bundles expire 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions will not roll-over and are not refunded after expiration. However, if you terminate before expiration, unused sessions are refunded pro-rata. 5. Sessions Sessions are online and for the stated time listed on the website unless otherwise agreed 6. Your Responsibilities You're responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes from implementing discussed strategies. Conduct due diligence. Communicate honestly. Participate actively. 7. Privacy We maintain confidentiality except when required by law, with consent, or imminent harm risk. Data used only for service delivery, shared only for payment processing. 8. Disclaimers Coaching isn't substitute for licensed services. We're not liable for your decisions, actions, or outcomes. Liability limited to fees paid. No guaranteed results. 9. IP Rights You retain rights to your materials. Our frameworks remain our property. Sharing, redistribution, or reselling is prohibited. 10. Technical You need reliable internet, camera/microphone, updated browser. Recurring client-side disruptions may be subject to a fee or require technical upgrades before scheduling subsequent sessions. 11. Recording Prior written consent required from both parties, including AI tools. 12. Termination Either party may terminate. Unused sessions refunded pro-rata. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or policy breach. 13. Legal You indemnify us from claims from your implementation. BC/Canadian law governs. Contact us first for resolution. 14. Updates Terms may change. It is your responsibility to stay updated on terms or ask questions. By booking, you've read and agree to these Terms.
