Who we are
AND Implementation Consulting Inc. is a consulting firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and how you can contact us with questions
What we collect and why

Contact forms (your name, email address, and message content). When you submit an inquiry through our website, you are directed to our services portal, which is hosted separately from our website to keep your information more secure. We collect this information to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Course registration (your name, contact information, professional context, learning goals, and billing information). We collect this information to process your registration, deliver the course, and communicate with you. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments and not stored by AND implementation.

Subscription and waitlist sign-up (your email address). We collect this information to send you the updates you requested. Signing up is voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.

Website visits (your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on page). This information is collected automatically by Wix, our website platform. We use it in aggregate to understand how our website is used. It does not identify you by name, and we do not track your activity outside of our website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We only use it for the purposes described above.
Who we share your information with
Wix (website hosting and analytics).
Our website is hosted by Wix.com LLC, based in the United States. Your browsing data, subscription sign-up, and course registration are processed on Wix's servers. See wix.com/about/privacy for Wix's privacy practices. Course registration is manually deleted from the Wix platform on a regular basis in accordance with our retention schedule below.
Microsoft 365 (email and document storage)
When you submit a contact form through our services portal, your submission is routed directly to our business email and saved to a secure SharePoint folder. Nothing is retained in the portal itself. Our Microsoft 365 subscription is configured with Canada as the primary data region, with data stored on servers in Ontario and Quebec City.
Sync.com (secure file storage)
AND Implementation stores its client files on Sync.com, a Canadian cloud storage service with servers in Ontario. Sync.com uses zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption, meaning Sync.com cannot read your files.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Course registration information is kept for 12 months from the date of the course.
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until your inquiry is fully resolved, whichever is later. If your inquiry leads to a consulting engagement with AND Implementation, your contact information becomes part of that project record and is retained for one year following the close of the engagement.
Newsletter subscribers remain on our mailing list until they unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Course waitlist sign-ups are held until you enrol in the course or remove yourself from the waitlist using the unsubscribe link included in email reminders, whichever is earlier.
We do not retain personal information longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies (small text files placed on your device) to support basic functionality and to enable Wix’s built-in analytics. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
